This coverage is derived from three appended spring coverages for the state the State of Utah; /cdrom/cdrom0/data/qu100/q0319/hdspg, /cdrom/cdrom0/data/qu100/q0311/hdspg, and /cdrom/cdrom0/data/qu100/q0719/hdspg.  These coverages were copied to /auto/cache to create springs1, springs2, and springs3.  These three coverages were than appended to create the output coverage: spring.  The spring coverage was than clipped out of the /auto/cache/boundary coverage to create the clip coverage springs/.

Commands:  "append spring <spring1> <spring2> <spring3>"

	   "clip spring boundary springs point"
