The Cache County Database had no coordinate system defined.  This is a clip file derived from /auto/utah/roads/ database and clipped into the cache county boundary file: /auto/cache/boundary.  Projection defined as utm, zone 12.

Command = "clip /auto/utah/roads/utahrds boundary roads lines"

Command = "projectdefine cover roads"
