ELEV is a coverage of contour lines within Cache County.  Lines were generated
from 90 meter dems using Arcview 3.0. at 100 meter intervals.  The lines theme
was converted to a shapefile and the shapefile was then converted to a coverage 
using the SHAPEARC command.
